Mia Patterson is currently a senior at Point Park University where she studies photojournalism. Her interest in writing began at a very young age. Mia was born with a speech impediment which makes it harder for people to understand what she is saying. So growing up, she used writing solely as a form of communication. But as time went by, she fell in love with the artistic side of writing--a way to express her emotions and thoughts. In the future, she hopes to become a full-time blogger.
